I am a researcher in applied economic theory. The focus of my research is the role of information in the economy and society.
I am Assistant Professor at CERGE-EI and Charles University, Prague, and researcher at the Czech Academy of Sciences. From 2022 to 2026, I am Principal Investigator of the GAČR Junior Star Project "Data, Algorithms, Power: Economic Theories of the Information Society."
From 2020 to 2021, I was coordinator of a research project on COVID-19 - see here for more details. Until 2019, I was Postdoctoral Prize Research Fellow at Nuffield College, University of Oxford.
I have taught microeconomics, information economics and game theory in Copenhagen, Oxford and at CERGE-EI and have won teaching awards at all three places.
